And that’s exactly what occurred in the case of Pax, a magnificent service dog that assisted a crippled veteran in regaining his independence and helped a prison prisoner spending time at a correctional institution in the United States rebuild his spirit.
Pax is a fully trained post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) service dog who has assisted people who have reached rock bottom in their lives in regaining the strength they need to carry on and change their lives for the better.

And although Pax may not be entirely aware of the positive influence he has had on the lives of those he has helped, he can feel the appreciation of those who have benefited from his assistance every time they are in the same room.
