This week, Crusoe and Oakley, two adorable #dachshunds, are going to their neighborhood #library to read some books and maybe get into a little humorous doggie mischief mainly on the part of Oakley, of course!
It goes without saying that things do not go according to plan! Crusoe learns from the library that he has a couple of humiliating books that are over their due date, which he promptly returns…
During this episode, the dogs embark on a hunt for books that they should read, and Oakley the dachshund comes up with some bizarre ideas for humor. Finally, they are able to locate their books and begin reading, but Oakley’s book isn’t exactly what he was expecting, and he also discovers that dogs must wear glasses in order to understand the human language!
As a result, he must go and steal a pair of spectacles. He also comes up with some very amusing jokes for himself by scanning his buttocks on the photocopier and other means.
In the end, the library comes tumbling down because Oakley, like many dachshunds, is concerned with obtaining a treat from beneath the shelf and unwittingly brings the whole structure tumbling down with him.
Fortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. Was it, or wasn’t it?
