Angel has problems mingling and putting her faith in other people. The shelter’s management decided to undertake an experiment and delegate the responsibility for rehabilitation to another canine.
To do this, they once again turned to an irresponsible breeder, this time purchasing a puppy around the same age as him. As a result of Angel and her new buddy’s excitement at seeing one another, the shelter’s staff began to assume that Angel and her new companion were siblings.
