Events in the tale took occurred in a ski resort near Chelyabinsk, and they were described in detail. A Rottweiler dog was discovered tied to a tree by accident by a group of people who were passing by at the time of the discovery.
The cat was sent to an animal welfare organization because he was afraid and chilly. Fortunately, the Rottweiler is currently in fantastic health, and his life is not in danger anymore.
A group of onlookers came upon the puppy on Sunday afternoon and took it in for a walk.
Because the dog was growling and making an effort to bite me, I was afraid at first. We had not yet fed him with food, at the time of this photograph. He was underweight and starved to the extreme. I was impressed by how affectionate the cat seemed to be despite the fact that I was unfamiliar with the breed.
“He rubbed his muzzle on my cheek the whole time we were driving,” recounts Anna Golubeva, who was in charge of bringing the dog to animal rights activists. “It was a really emotional experience,” she says.
“It is clear that the dog had been tied to a tree by its owner, and based on the quantity of snow that had accumulated around him and the swelling of his nose, it seems that he had been there for about one day.
In the words of the shelter’s employees, “they found the dog in a very terrifying state; it was obviously shivering.” The moment one of our employees realized the child was in danger, they sprung into action and came to his rescue. After that, they took him to a veterinarian for treatment.”
The dog is doing well right now and is in terrific health. According to the veterinarian, he’s around three years old at this point. No one knows how to characterize the man who abandoned his pet in the midst of winter, leaving it to die of starvation and exposure. Despite the fact that we live in the twenty-first century, people continue to tie animals to trees and fling them about the yard.
