Toast’s Instagram followers need not be concerned: she will not be separated from her four-legged brothers Muppet and Pants, who will remain together.
No doubt, the “parents” of the triplets, The 12ish Style’s Katie Sturino and The Fat Jew, or Josh Ostrovsky, are divorcing, but Sturino confirms to PEOPLE that, contrary to popular belief, they will not be dividing up their children.
“I’m keeping all three of my dogs,” she declares emphatically. “I would never separate them,” says the author. Josh also travels much too often for the dogs to be able to remain with him. “However, he will be able to visit them whenever he wants.”
The pair, who had been together for ten years and had been married for two, had discreetly split early this year, according to court documents.
“It’s been a pretty gradual divorce,” Sturino says of his marriage to her. … “We’re young and we don’t have children, and I know that Gwyneth Paltrow’s ‘deliberately uncoupling’ has become something like to a humorous catchphrase, but we’re sort of like that…
We’ve been together for ten years, and we’ve now reached a point where it’s no longer working for either of us. We, on the other hand, text and converse. “We’ve been like family for a very long time.”
Sturino created the Instagram profiles for all three of her dogs, and she guarantees that, despite the upheaval in the family, “nothing will change” in terms of the pups’ social media presence. In fact, they had already made major plans for the next week or so.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Sturino said, “We’re going to do a lot of fundraising for Friends of Finn for the Humane Society this winter.” “A lot of office visits, as well as some entertaining competitions.”
The marriage of Toast and her spouse Finn, on the other hand, was a success: the canine and her husband Finn will be celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary on Friday the 13th.
