Every dog is a good dog in its own way. They have earned the right to a happy family. While some have not yet found a home, others have been abandoned by the folks who have taken them in.
These individuals abandon their pets someplace and either leave messages or do not. They have completed the removal of their furry companions. They must be doing it for a reason, but not all of them are comprehensible.
A good example is a lab-mix puppy shown in today’s post. The unfortunate little puppy was discovered abandoned in the section of the country with the word “FREE” scrawled on her fur with a black permanent marker in a dark color. She had a tragic backstory behind her actions.
It was abandoned at Yoctangee Park in Chillicothe, Ohio, ahead of the Feast of the Flowering Moon Festival, which takes place during Memorial Day weekend, according to Sarah Cantrell, office manager and adoption coordinator at the Ross County Humane Society in Chillicothe, Ohio
That wasn’t the end of it. The words “FREE DOG” had been clumsily written on the pup’s body in permanent marker, and she was in a bad way. It was terrible that they abandoned the dog to fend for himself.
“I think we were all a little taken aback,” Cantrell told the journalists. “It simply seems like a childish thing to do,” says the speaker. He went on to say more.
Fortunately, the Chillicothe
The dog was discovered by the police department, which subsequently sent her to the Ross County Humane Society. Because not all discarded dogs survive or even make it to a shelter, it is important to be vigilant.
Following an inquiry, the dog’s previous owner has been charged with cruelty to animals, abandonment, and failing to get a license for the animal.
The dog was then given the name Marvella, which means “miracle.” She was given a bath, which assisted in the removal of most of the permanent marker.
Regarding Marvella’s condition, Cantrell said, “She’s healthy and adorable, and luckily she did not suffer from heat exposure.”
Fortunately, she has found a permanent home. Marvella was adopted by a family that applied for her adoption and was accepted. She had only just begun to enjoy her good fortune.
