People will never be able to quit wondering when they come across such remarkable friendships between two different creatures as Herman and Lundy.
Herman is a pigeon who can’t fly and Lundy is a puppy chihuahua who can’t walk, and their adorable bond charmed everyone over.
They met at the Mia Foundation, a rehabilitation facility for animals with abnormalities.
Herman is a resident at The Mia Foundation after being rescued by a wildlife rescuer.
He was discovered in a parking lot. The poor creature was unable to fly or move. He fought for his life and survived, but he couldn’t fly anymore.
Lundy first appeared at the same facility when he was only four weeks old. A breeder in South Carolina turned him down because he had the following defect:
Nobody at the shelter could have predicted that Herman and Lundy would become such good friends when they initially met.
Workers removed Herman from his playpen and placed him in the chihuahua’s bed.
Unexpectedly, they rapidly became inseparable friends after instantly getting along. It was love at first sight for both of them.
The staff snapped photos and posted them on their social media profiles.
Because so many people voiced their admiration, this amazing team became well-known.
The fans even contributed more than $6,000 to the rehabilitation center.
