But it also happens that Martin has no mail for Pippa’s family, which is why then the dog’s heart just breaks. After all, she can’t please her owners anymore with new letters.
“I thought I needed to come up with something,” the postman explains.
When Martin has nothing to impress the dog with, he writes “Mail for Pippa” on a letter and delivers it to the dog, who proudly takes it home.
