Bullying is a hot subject in many countries nowadays.
And becoming a victim of it means becoming an outcast and finding yourself in a social vacuum. Luke Salmon, a British teenager, experienced it.
The guy has psoriasis, which led to bullying and derision from classmates, and later from other pupils at the school. He had no friends, and no one exhibited an interest in communicating with him.
Luke went through a lot. His sickness was already causing him a lot of problems, and peer pressure made life unpleasant.
But, thankfully, fate has planned a pleasant surprise in the form of a friend for him. Luke wished for a puppy and frequently scoured the classifieds.
As a result, he came across a photograph of an odd pet that had been given away for free due to the existence of physiological traits. The man’s parents agreed to take the dog and pay for it.
Luke named the pet Roo and adored him despite the fact that the dog had not four, but as many as six paws and moved in an unusual manner.
After examining Roo, the veterinarian determined that the pet was healthy. And that having an extra pair of paws had no effect on its normal functioning.
Roo and Luke have become inseparable. And this bond has grown to be really significant to the boy. He felt needed and not alone for the first time.
