Peabody, the adorable young horse, was born to a horse who almost immediately abandoned him. The poor kid was born with numerous issues: he couldn’t walk, and his jaw was crooked.
People felt it was best to put Peabody down. So he wouldn’t suffer and become a burden on his owners.
Perhaps such a fate would have befallen the poor animal if Faith Smith from San Diego had not learned about it. The 55-year-old woman has spent a long time rearing and training horses, so she is well-versed on the subject.
Faith rushed to assist Peabody after learning that he was facing euthanasia. The woman decided to bring the horse to her house and assist her in coping with the issues.
Faith even booked a huge van for this reason. As a result, she was able to move the horse without incident, and her strategy was a success.
Peabody soon found himself in the home of his new owner. The baby is barely six weeks old and weighs only 19 pounds. It’s so little that you can hold it in your hands and place it on your knees like a puppy.
Peabody, by the way, made friends with the dogs who live in Faith’s house. Of course, at first, he was shy and uneasy among French Bulldogs. The friendly dogs, on the other hand, greeted him warmly. And soon, the entire fluffy crew got along swimmingly.
Peabody’s behavior is similar to that of a dog in that he follows after the owner, asks for food if he is in the kitchen, catches up with other dogs, and is defined by affection.
According to Faith, this is the world’s smallest horse, yet no health issues impede the pet from enjoying life and having fun with other animals. The woman has no idea how big her pet will get. However, she believes that if he does not mature, he should be kept as a home horse.
Faith, on the other hand, is certain that he is content, which is the most important thing!
