A gang of riders saves the life of a dog whose head is fully covered by a discarded plastic bottle while cycling out.
David Velazquez of Mexico’s Santiago de Queretaro town decided to go on a bike ride with pals. They then began riding on the outskirts of town, but something peculiar drew their attention.
When they got close to the object, they discovered that the dog was in pain and had a discarded plastic bottle trapped in its head. A poor dog was suffocating and would starve to death in a few days. Fortunately, two-wheelers emerged like angels and came to the rescue, freeing the dog from the plastic bottles that had become lodged in their skulls.
“At first, we didn’t understand what was going on because he was crying and just came to us,” Velázquez explained. “We realized we had to do something.”
The cyclists gently approach the dog, whose head is entirely covered with a dirty, abandoned plastic bottle, in the photographs published on social media. The man and his companions were attempting to remove the plastic bottles from a dog’s head.
After a minute, they successfully remove the plastic bottles from a dog’s head and liberate him. Excitedly, the dog began to wagtail, run, and jump in front of the rescuers. The dog is free of the abandoned plastic bottle that had become lodged in his skull.
Plastic bottles and rubbish are harmful to both the environment and animals. They are dangerous to animals. Plastic bottles can become lodged in various regions of their bodies, and they can also consume plastic debris from their surroundings that have been thrown in an uncontrolled manner. This is the true issue.
If the riders didn’t discover him and extricate him from the discarded plastic bottles stuck in his head, the dog would die from asphyxia or malnutrition.
We are thankful that the dog has been saved by the family.
