During the time that family and friends were mourning Margarita Suarez of Merida’s death in Mexico, several stray dogs from the region came to see the woman for the last time.
It was discovered that the woman fed and watered unsheltered animals and dogs on a daily basis.
She walked with a bag of food and other remedies, which she distributed to stray dogs. The stray dogs remained awake till the completion of the funeral service.
This was a method for the stray dogs to show their admiration and gratitude to the woman. They had only come to say their goodbyes to the sweet lady.
The dog’s affection is palpable. They will mourn the loss of the mother who loved and cared for them. The dogs appeared depressed and despondent. Rest in peace, sweet and generous lady.
