On Facebook, there was a post about the Chihuahua. Lucky needed a place to live. Charice adopted the puppy after seeing the ad.
“When I saw his face, I immediately realized that I wanted him, so I contacted the owner to adopt the dog,” she explained.

Charice was taken aback by how many people were interested in her story. The post was well-liked. People couldn’t believe the dog was born in that condition, and some even wondered whether it was staged.
“A lot of people didn’t realize this was Lucky’s natural brow; they thought I drew on his face with a ballpoint pen,” Charice said.
It’s understandable that these individuals didn’t immediately believe that there might be such a dog in the world.
