Katie Newhouser works as a UPS courier.
She has several clients all around town, but one address stands out.
The woman who lives there has a great pitbull named Leo, who likes Katie.
“Every time I arrive at this address, Leo greets me with a happy wag of his tail.”
This friendship lasted more than a year, and with each meeting, their bond became stronger.
But, when Katie returned from her trip and went to her favorite address, she was greeted with dreadful news…
The owner of Leo died.
Katie realized that Leo would be placed in a shelter because this mother had no other options.
She couldn’t stand by and decided to adopt Leo.
“I didn’t want him to end up in a shelter or in the hands of the wrong people!” Leo is only worthy of love.”
