Tracey Fowler from Mendon, Vermont, has spent her entire life doing what she enjoys greatest: helping pups who do not have ideal lifestyles.

The Fowler Herd, a group of canines with unique needs and those who tried in every manner to be adopted but stayed as they believed this could be their forever home.

Tracey wished to make a difference in the lives of all the other pets.

She has also adopted 6 special-needs puppies thus far.

Herd members are extremely close to one another, and they continually adore and socialize with one another. Most importantly, kids receive all of the essential love and attention from Tracey.

On snowy winter days, she puts skis on their walkers instead of just the usual wheels, so they can still enjoy themselves outside despite the snow.

What a lovely lady. What a kind and caring person she is!
