Patrick Hennesy returned home from work on a frigid night. He appeared to want nothing more than to go home and warm up.
He observed two pit bulls cuddling up on one side of the road on his way home.
Hennesy came to a halt in her automobile to see what had happened to these dogs. One of the dogs was in pain. The poor dog may have been hit by a car.
The two dogs had been hurt and required assistance and care. The man decided to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
The two police officers arrived at the scene soon. The dogs were terrified, and they were bleeding. The blood was all over the ground.
The officers did everything they could to stop the bleeding until Orange County Animal Services arrived and seized the puppies.
As a thank you, the dogs licked and hugged the cops. They knew they were there to assist them.
The cops hugged the dogs to warm them up and console them. Even though they were freezing, they did not abandon the puppies in need of assistance.
The animal service arrived and took the dogs to be cared for. Because of these folks, the two dogs were quite fearless and happy after a while.
The cops paid visits to the puppies on occasion and were pleased to see both of them happy and adored.
They named the two dogs. The first dog was named Liberty, and the second, Justice. The dogs now appear to be the happiest at the shelter.
