Roscoe, a 3-year-old orangutan, was so unhappy after losing his parents that he stopped eating and refused medical attention. The doctors worried he might die of despair.
The zookeepers discovered an old sick puppy on the grounds of the zoo’s park, where the orangutan lived, and transported the canine to the pet treatment facility.
The dog turned up just as the orangutan was being examined…
The orangutan discovered a new reason to live, and every one of them makes every effort to be a good companion to his newfound friend.
In all of their activities, they are together 24 hours a day. They live in Northern California and enjoy swimming as a hobby.
Although Roscoe (the orangutan) is scared of water and requires the assistance of his pal to swim.
They have learned the joy and happiness in life, as well as the value of friendship.
What a wonderful bond they have.
