Neighbors were concerned after the Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Pit Bull wandering the streets.
When the dog arrived, he did something that no one expected.
The residents were terrified about a “vicious” Pit Bull on the loose.
“This morning, deputies responded to a call for an animal in the South District.” “A large pit bull was running around, and neighbors were concerned,” according to the police department.
“When the deputy arrived, he learned that this great dog was just out looking for companions to play with.”
“Deputies were able to reconnect the dog with his owners after enough playtime and fun.”
“A fence was mistakenly left open, allowing this wonderful dog to be returned to his beloved family.”
