Everybody is flawed in some way. We should learn to accept our flaws, whether physical or emotional. Joy will smile on you if you are brave, fearless, and have a decent heart.
Faith, the cute stray puppy depicted in today’s piece, is a perfect example. The infant was born with a lifelong squint, but she was given another chance at happiness.
Faith was discovered in a cardboard box on an Antigua balcony. The veterinarian who first noticed the puppy recognized her as one-of-a-kind. Her brow was furrowed, and she squinted all the time. These, on the other hand, warmed the man’s heart.
To save the street dog, the veterinarian contacted the local rescue Dogs and Cats of Antigua.
Faith was given to her once she was chosen.
They also assisted her in finding a new home and receiving necessary medical treatment.
“Normally, on the islands, a dog with particular needs, such as Faith, would be slaughtered.” Faith’s foster mother, Kate Venezia, remarked, “There aren’t many adopters, and there’s no money for care.”
When Faith arrived at Venezia’s house, she surprised her adoptive mother. The puppy knew his way around the home like the back of his hand. Puppy didn’t seem disturbed by her condition, and she didn’t seem unhappy or self-conscious about it. She immediately adapted to her new surroundings and learned how to navigate the house.
“Baby was bold, yet she got about by smelling and crashing into objects.” Venezia continued her journey.
Using her nose and ears, the cute puppy learned how to navigate her home. She was always able to find her way to her favorite spot, which was right on top of her adoptive mother’s foot.
Faith’s rescue posted a gorgeous photo of her on Facebook when she was ready to find a forever home. Many individuals were drawn to the dog and filled out adoption applications.
I’m hopeful Faith will find a home with a family who truly loves and cares for her. Every dog is a nice dog, and they all deserve to be loved.
