Tracey Fowler of Mendon, Vermont, has spent her entire life doing what she loves most: helping dogs who do not have ideal living situations.
The Fowler Herd, a group of canines with unique needs and those who tried in every manner to be adopted but stayed since they believed this could be their forever home.
Tracey wished to make a difference in the lives of all the other pets.
She has also adopted 6 special-needs pups so far.
Herd members are extremely close to one another, and they continually adore and socialize with one another. Most importantly, kids receive all of the essential love and attention from Tracey.
On snowy days in winter, she puts skis on their strollers rather than the usual wheels, so kids can still enjoy themselves outside despite the snow.
What a lovely lady. What a wonderful and caring person you are!
