Dogs, man’s greatest friend, are well-known for their abilities to assist those in need. Their compassionate and caring souls are eager to assist and console all unfortunate creatures they come across. This caring dog comforted a baby deer that had been hurt on his owner’s ranch.
Pat Pollifrone is Zoey’s owner, and he discovered his dog sitting next to a fawn on his property.
Until help arrived, Dog refused to leave the helpless tiny deer’s side. The pianist returned the deer to the wild, but the next morning, he discovered the fawn sleeping in the driveway again.
Pat had to have suspected that the newborn deer was in difficulty and was searching for assistance. He was, in fact, correct. Her eyes were diseased, thus the little critter had some health issues.
Pat named her Bambi and began caring for her. The lovely fawn was fed goat milk. Pat had removed some ticks from her eye infection, which made it seem a lot better.
His dog Zoey was always close to Bambi, and he had befriended her from the moment he spotted her. Pat’s furry companion followed her everywhere as the young deer wandered around her yard every day.
He was extremely nice and caring with her, always caressing and licking her. Their amazing bond was incredible and inspiring.
Pat had no choice but to assist the sick fawn in getting back on her feet. He sought assistance from a number of shelters and rescue organizations but was rejected for a variety of reasons.
Pat found Bambi a lovely home on a goat farm, where she could live in peace and comfort. She eventually recovered, her eyes were clear, and the ticks had vanished. Pat successfully found Bambi a suitable home while she was waiting to be adopted.
