When the Zenit soccer battalion from Russia decided they wanted to promote consciousness for harbors and pet surrender, they tried to come up with a stylish approach to get their message across – and they completely succeeded.
Rather than simply creating videos or commodities about their cause, the association chose to do something a little more tangible. They collaborated with some original harbors, who brought them a slew of tykes in need of homes — and the players strolled onto the pitch at the start of a game, each carrying a cute tiny doggy.
Soccer players transporting and later melting over lovely pets in need of forever homes? There hasn’t ever been anything cuter.
The pets differed in size and heftiness, and while some of them seemed a little perplexed, they were all ecstatic to get some cuddles regardless of where they were.
Everything about it was infernally lovely, from the dogs themselves to the expressions on the players’ faces as they handled them. However, it has not yet been planted, if there is a better technique to promote pet surrender than this.
Hopefully, some of these kids will find forever homes as a result of this event, and everyone’s fingers are crossed that the Zenit soccer squad will do it again soon.
