Although our animals don’t always spend their lives according to a schedule, they do get a little freaked out when the stuff they’re used to alter or stop. Animals, like humans, do not like change.
So when their owner brought off 2 pit bulls at Montgomery County Animal Shelter in Conroe, Texas, they became concerned.
They had no idea that the terrifying vehicle ride to their unknown place would transform their life in a positive way.
When the dogs arrived at the shelter, they were given the names Bridget and Louie.
Although it would take them some time to trust their new foster mom and dad, let alone adjust to their new surroundings, both bullies discovered comfort that they had never had before.
What is their new favorite pastime? We’re snoozing on the couch together… She hasn’t even gotten off the couch! She was finally at ease and able to sleep.
Aside from napping on the comfy couch, the two pit bulls enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and having the sun warm their fur.
Best buddies were usually spotted playing with each other.
Bridget is all smiles and regularly wags her tail, according to the foster parents, while Louie has evolved into a social butterfly and loves curling up on the sofa with his foster dad.
