He was only skin and bones and terribly injured when he was taken in by an angel and provided his first meal in a long time.
After being hurt, the body of a poor stray puppy was given to him. The only thing left for him to do was wait for death. He was starving and desperate.
Cars continued to drive by, but no one was willing to assist this sad cat. Finally, a good samaritan spotted that the dog was in pain and decided to pull over to investigate. As he approached the dog, he noticed a large wound on his back.
The rescuer quickly transported him to a nearby animal shelter, where he was given food and drink as well as treatment for the fleas and his wound. Fortunately, his guardian angel appeared just in time for him.
The starving puppy ate his supper so quickly that he worried he’d never eat again. But that is no longer the situation for him.
The shelter’s staff provided excellent care for the puppy. They cleaned his wound and gave him medication. The wound began to heal a few days later, and the dog was better than ever.
He was available for adoption and quickly found a new foster home with some other rescue buddy. Finally, the small dog is in good hands and no longer needs to worry!
