Sgt. Jacob Fisher is currently on active duty. He abandons his family to defend our liberties. He discovered a little dog in an animal cage while stationed in Afghanistan.
He fell in love right away. He named him Jax and determined within a week that he’d have Jax taken home.
Jax and Sgt. Jacob Fisher rescued one another in Afghanistan. Sgt. Fisher says on the video,
“Jax came along and brightened everyone’s day. It was remarkable how something so insignificant could instantly lift your spirits when you were having a poor day.”
When Sgt. Jacob Fisher returned home from his seven-month tour in Afghanistan, he awaited Jax with bated breath…
They are reunited following their experience in Afghanistan. I’m so grateful that SPCA International is able to help our heroes in this way.
