The bus station opens its doors to street dogs in order to provide them with a safe place to sleep…

For most of us, the approach of winter implies the same thing: chilly weather! Some people may find it more difficult to stay warm.

Usually, stray dogs suffer the most. Fortunately for a group of street dogs in Brazil, they now have a place to stay warm and cozy.

Employees at the Barreirinha bus station built a safe haven for them to keep warm and well-cared for.

Not only are they feeding and watering the stray puppies, but the crew has also constructed them animal beds out of old tires covered in blankets.

It’s unknown whether the dogs were abandoned or if they were strays, to begin with, but either way, they now know what it’s like to be at home.

This may not appear to be much, yet to a stray in the winter, it is as good as any five-star hotel.

These poor dogs have definitely been through a lot and having some humans show their love like this must mean the world to them.

Fabiane Rosa, a local politician and pet lover, was recently drawn to this act of charity toward Max, Pitoco, and Zoinho (the trio of stray dogs).

She applauded individuals who took the effort to make the world a friendlier place for those less fortunate pups in an online post that has now gone viral.

“Congratulations to the terminal employees, everyone recognizes that these angels are present and have a right to be,” Rosa posted on Facebook.

“Adopting a pet is something that many companies in Curitiba could do.” Of course, it isn’t perfect, but at least they have those who care about them.”
