Despite the fact that there are millions of puppies at animal shelters yearning to be adopted and find a loving home, puppy mills that frequently hold canines in horrific conditions are still making a lot of money.

Companion Animal Placement Program (CAPP) in Albany, New York, shared a video of the adorable reactions of the dogs they adopted from a rescue shelter.

The charity was able to free seventeen canines, giving them a second chance at happiness. The canines’ expressions when they first step outside their cages are adorable.
