Despite what most of us believe, watching this adorable film will undoubtedly alter our perceptions about dogs and cats. Because dogs are loving and caring animals when it comes to caring for those in need.
Man’s best friends can also be referred to as everyone’s best buddy, even cats. While we have watched innumerable gestures of goodwill between dogs and cats, each time a new video of such a lovely nature appears, it takes our hearts.
This time, it’s a lovely Golden Retriever and a homeless kitten he rescued who have everyone’s hearts.
He was walking with his owner outside, just outside of town, when he noticed a kitten suffering. Instead of ignoring him and leaving him alone, the kind dog took the poor critter in his mouth and carried him to his owner.
The dog’s owner met him at the car, and they looked for the kitten’s family, but there was no evidence of them, and his condition obviously showed that he’d been abandoned.
As the starved kitten was in severe need of assistance, the owner jumped in the car and drove home. When they arrived home, the man hand-fed the small creature, and things began to look up for him.
Surprisingly, the dog remained by the kitten’s side the entire time. The dog sensed something was amiss with that small cat, so his instincts kicked in and he lavished the kitten with comfort and love.
The Golden Retriever carried the kitten everywhere once he regained his vigor. They became inseparable friends. “Their bond is wonderful,” Viral Paws writes in the video’s caption. “It demonstrates that creatures of various colors, shapes, and sizes can coexist peacefully – a lesson that we would do well to learn as well!”
