Milo, a Dachshund, is great friends with Bonedigger, a 500-pound lion. When Bonedigger was four weeks old, he met Milo and three other Dachshund puppies for the first time.
As per Joe Schreibvogel of the G.W. Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, the puppies appeared to instantly understand that Bonnedigger was moderately crippled (he has a metabolic bone condition), and they wanted to defend him.
