When life offers you lemons, they suggest you must make lemonade. And that’s exactly the positive attitude one young pup and her caregivers adopted in order to make the best of the situation. And this positive view on life would yield fantastic benefits in the end!
Lemon, a Chihuahua, was dumped and brought to the shelter as a stray. She weighed only 2 and a half pounds and lacked the strength to sit up by herself. But it was her fighting spirit that kept her going in existence, and it would help her recuperation and road to a better life.
Lemon was later reported to have found a loving family and a lifelong home in an update! The dog’s journey would have ended quite differently if it hadn’t been for the folks who took the initiative and cared enough to make her life a priority.
