The woman took her dog to the groomer for a haircut. After a few hours, she unintentionally returned with another four-legged one.
Tykesha Cherry accompanied Lucky to a salon where the dogs were bathed, trimmed, and brushed.
When the woman removed the pet from the operation, they did not realize it was not her dog.
She drove home with a dummy Lucky in the passenger seat.
Tykesha initially assumed that the groomer had trimmed the dog’s hair shorter than usual, giving him a new appearance.
However, she eventually discovered that Lucky does not respond to the nickname and frequently looks away and becomes irritated.
There could only be one conclusion: this isn’t her dog…
Tykesha returned the dog to the groomer to be given to the rightful owner and to reclaim Lucky.
She arrived at the door at the same time as another girl, who said, “Hi, Bentley!” when she saw the puppy in her arms.
“When I questioned, “Is this your dog?” the girl replied, “Yes.” “Everyone in the salon was taken aback at the time,” Tykesha recalled.
So Bentley went back to his owner, and Lucky went back to his. The groomer was taken aback by the incident and apologized.
“When I took Lucky, I felt so relaxed. “I’m hoping he didn’t notice me leaving the salon with another dog,” Tykesha said.
