A charming fire station dog has surprised the internet with his dedication to the job and sweet way of encouraging his crew. Marshall, the small one, is a new member of the Seville-Guilford Fire Department in Ohio. Even though he’ll only be there for a few months, the lovely Dalmatian is already having an influence.

Marshall was brought to Seville-Guilford to become a skilled K9 dog, despite his cuteness and friendliness.
