When little Mo was found, she looked like this. Mo, like so many others, was a sufferer of the illegal dog meat trade in Bali.
In a Bali gutter, the small child was discovered emaciated and half-dead.
After all of the pain and torture she had undergone, the most challenging physical issue Mo faced was restoring her snout.
The tape had cut off the blood supply, and the flesh was starting to wither. Her nose, as well as skin grafts, were precisely sutured in place.
Her mouth was taped shut, and her hind legs were tied together with a shoelace.

The crew was unsure if she would survive such a difficult procedure after going through so much.
As a consequence of rehabilitation, time, and love, Mo began to heal progressively.
She began to put on weight, her blood flow increased, and she regained snout sensation. Her self-assurance had returned, and she had regained her personality. Despite the pain she had endured, Mo grew into the gorgeous dog she had always been. Mo grew into the magnificent dog she had always been, kind, affectionate, and trusting of humans.

Mo is now having her best life with a loving human couple who shower her with affection, toys, and plenty of snacks.
She slept in her parents’ bed for 10 hours straight the first night she was home! During the day, she spends time with her dog siblings, eats delicious food, and receives several hugs.
Mo is finally experiencing the life that every dog deserves, thanks to all of the kind people who assisted her.
