I warmed them up and fed them when we came home. Their bodies were infested with blood-sucking ticks.
I didn’t bathe them at the time since they couldn’t handle the water or the stress. We arrived late at the veterinarian’s office, but the doctor was still there.
The doctor began administering first aid to the puppies one by one, as well as conducting tests.
We use a brief antiseptic spray to decrease scratching and itching, which makes the puppies feel more at ease.
The doctor administered eye drops and an infusion to each of them. The doctor said I was incredibly fortunate to be there at the appropriate time because if they stayed any later, they would be in grave danger.
Who dropped them off there? What happened to the mother? No one seems to know the answers.
Their condition has significantly improved after three days. They were permitted to wander throughout the vet’s office and investigate everything.
