It’s terrible to abandon a dog in the streets after providing him with the experience of a warm home and a friend.
But, because abandoning them isn’t enough for some people, they discover new methods to be crueler.
The workers of the Tunica Humane Society in Mississippi rescued a poor dog who had been abandoned on a pen and was starving and indurating outside in the cold weather. The saviors were heartbroken when they saw the scene in front of them.
The dog was drenched, and he couldn’t get out of the pen to locate a safe haven from the storm or food to keep him going.
Sandy Williams of the Tunica Humane Society says that once the dog was taken from the pen, it was clear that she was near death from malnutrition.
The employees released a video in which you could see how sad they were while assisting the unfortunate pooch Melanie, who was in a dreadful position.
” It was the month of January. It was going to be a stormy night. It’s raining hard and fast. There was no way for the pup to find sanctuary. She had to spend the entire night in the pouring rain. Her body was covered in bite marks and injuries from peeping. “How could anyone on this planet be so nasty to such a helpless puppy?”
Melanie’s story infuriated the crew, who vowed to track down her old boss and make him pay.
” Who the hell is doing this…. I’ll do all in my ability to figure it out. Someone in Tunica County is privy to this information… The post stated, “Someone knows this tiny canine…”
Melanie demanded to be kept warm, and she received it at the Tunica Humane Society sanctuary.
Moment Melanie and Louie have a heart connection. A happy ending for this adorable, little puppy who had been through so much in her first few weeks of existence.
