The owner of a dog brought him to the shelter. The dog did not get along with the new puppy, therefore the family did not want it.
The dog was always sad and longed for his owners to come back and take him home. Randi Bertholet, a volunteer, was constantly present at this animal refuge.
She liked to take a walk near the kennel to see how the dogs were doing. She observed a dog staring at the wall one day. The dog refused to turn his head.
The dog appeared to be in a state of misery. The dog acted as if he was aware that he had been abandoned in the shelter by the family members with whom he had wanted to spend the rest of his life.
The volunteer provided a picture of the dog as well as a description of the canine. The dog was eventually adopted. The dog piqued the interest of many individuals.
The dog had his head on the volunteer’s shoulder and was in a hopeless position, as portrayed in the illustration. The dog enjoys a safe and happy existence, surrounded by love and care, thanks to this volunteer. All animals are entitled to a safe and secure existence.
