Laika was a plant alone in a field, severely depleted and on the verge of dying. According to dogfull, she had taken a hard blow to the head, and the impact had severely broken her right jaw.
Laika’s life has likewise become a terrible hell. As the days passed, a bone callous grew, sealing her jaw shut and pressing on her eye.
This prevented her from opening her lips fully, and she could only press her lingo out a little on one side of her mouth.
Viktor Larkhill stated on Youtube, “With her jaw broken and locked unrestricted, unable to eat or drink, and dumped in the middle of nowhere, Laika had no stopgap of living on her own.”
But, happily, she was saved by Viktor Larkhill and his battalion of saviors and stagers, who refused to surrender on her.
She underwent maxillofacial surgery, a reconstruction procedure that allowed her to reopen her mouth.
Looking at her right now, you’d have no idea what she’s been through. She’s healthy and cheerful, and she can now open her mouth normally!
Laika is now in the care of a wonderful foster family, but she is still waiting for her forever home.
