Pittie, a pit bull, was found roaming a busy roadway in southeast Dallas when rescuers arrived.
Her nose had been scratched badly. Pittie is also a nursing mother, it was discovered.
One of the helpers remarked, “It seems like she had puppies.” “Most likely, they were abducted.”
The rescuers discovered the pit bull was consistently circling near the same spot after examining the surrounding landfill with the men working there.
The worker brought the volunteers to the dump’s back, where they discovered a little, fluffy ball smeared in dirt from head to toe.
It wasn’t, however, a pit bull puppy… It was a brand-new cat!
Rescuers discovered that a local cat had recently given birth and abandoned her brood.

The abandoned baby cat has been taken into custody by Pittie, the new mother.
When the dog first met her adopted child, she sniffed him and started licking him.
Pittie was the sole reason the kitten lived.
The pit bull and her baby were transferred to a local shelter where a veterinarian checked them.
According to the specialist, the nursing dog had a puppy, but it died or was taken away.
The unfortunate girl still had milk when she discovered the baby kitten.
The kitten was extremely fortunate to have been discovered in time; else, he might not have lived.
Because the baby required round-the-clock care, he was placed with a foster family.
“Pittie howled as we picked up Kitty (the kitten), despite the fact that we had not heard her voice before. “Fortunately, their separation was brief,” Dr. Hamlin notes.
Pittie, overjoyed, cleaned her baby and carried her to her aviary the next morning when Kitty arrived at the clinic.
Because they didn’t want to separate mother and baby, volunteers were already considering double adoption.
But catastrophe came soon after…
Kitty was diagnosed with a kidney and bladder abnormality, which is likely why her cat mom abandoned her.
Despite all of the professionals’ efforts, the kitten was unable to be saved.
Pittie eventually calmed down, and she was given a new home and loving owners.
The pit bull was not bored because the new household already had several dogs.
Although Pittie and Kitty’s duet was brief, it left a lasting impression on all who witnessed it!
