Queen was mistreated, exploited, and exploited in every way possible, and when she was deemed “useless,” she was discarded as trash and left to die.
Fortunately, a small group of rescuers came together to save her, and she was transported to Viktor Larkill of Let’s Adopt, a Dutch animal sanctuary that heals and rehabilitates abandoned and injured animals from all over the world.

Queen is a representative of the Ibizan Hound breed, which is a rather rare breed in the Hound family. Because she did not deserve to be abused, Let’s Adopt rushed her to a vet clinic right away.
Because she couldn’t get up, the vets feared she’d hurt her back, but an x-ray indicated she had a high level of Leishmania, which had advanced to Polyneuropathy.
Leishmaniasis is a parasitic infection spread by sandflies. It has the potential to worsen (as it did in Queen’s case) and become fatal if not treated.
Her Leishmaniasis had gone untreated for so long that it had killed multiple peripheral nerves and caused polyneuropathy.
The monsters that did this to her toiled her until she became ill, then left her to die in the fields.
Despite the fact that her chances were bleak, the vets and volunteers who helped her refused to give up. Despite her trauma, Queen was still eating on her own and appeared to be in good spirits.
Let’s Adopt continued her treatment, but her body was not responding well.
On his blog, Larkill said, “Her owner allowed her to degrade to the point of no return.” “I’m not sure how someone could watch a dog collapse to this point and do nothing about it, but that’s exactly what they did.”
Queen died tragically, yet she spent her dying days surrounded by love and care. She was surrounded by people who cared for her, and she was able to leave this world knowing that there are good people out there who would never leave her as the monsters had done before her.
