The traumatized German Shepherd now enjoys handling objects like a squirrel… Watch the video here!

Loreta Frankonyte and Eldad Hagar of “Hope for Paws” in Los Angeles, California, came upon a sad dog one day.

She hid beneath the van and refused to allow anyone to approach her. When she spotted people surrounding her, she was terrified and sobbed.

However, the compassionate rescuers were able to capture the dog and transport her to a safe haven. She was nicely taken care of there.

Alisson Dunbar adopted the puppy and christened her Sassy Pants Dunbar after only two months. She was a well-known animal rescuer who also welcomed another dog into her home.

The family was ecstatic about their new addition. The rescuers are now overjoyed to see the dog grinning and running.

Allison claimed that the dog, like a small squirrel, liked to pick up various objects with his hands.
