The neglected dog required extra attention and compassion because he was tethered and often exposed to the elements. Matheus Laiola made the decision one day to release her free regardless of the consequences!
Laiola used the bolt-cutters to break the lock after confirming that no one was at home! With a swarm of licks, the lovely puppy greeted the man!
He also cut her chain, releasing her for good! She was then sent to a rescue group, and after some time, she was happily adopted. What a happy conclusion!
