Rescue & RemEMBER’s Stacey Pettit One day, I came upon a dog who was living in appalling conditions. For the previous six years, the unfortunate canine had been confined to a small crate.
There was another dog just next to the dog. Angelica and Spud were their names. Knine Rescue Inc.’s Amy Crels couldn’t stop crying as they were taken to the shelter. Their stench was revolting, and the woman and others in the shelter were alarmed. They did, however, show a great deal of concern for the dogs, and they rapidly improved in appearance. Spud was a smaller dog than Angelica, and after a few weeks, he was adopted.
Angelica, on the other hand, had a more difficult time adapting. Amy took her for a vehicle ride one day. She was anxious because the poor puppy had been created for quite some time. Amy, on the other hand, tried everything she could to make the puppy feel better. She took her outside to play with another dog in the yard.
She even went out and got herself a cheeseburger. Angelica met her future owners there. People approached Amy and inquired about the dog. They acquired the puppy soon after, and she now had a loving and permanent home.
