Pumba was a dog who had a lot of affection from his owners. They treated the dog as if it were their own pet.
However, the dog could not have imagined that his owners would abandon him. Unfortunately, the dog grew older, and his family was forced to relocate.
The family had not considered bringing the dog with them. They were going somewhere to rest, and the dog assumed they would return shortly.
Regrettably, this was not the case. The only fact was that his family had abandoned him. When the dog learned what had happened, he got perplexed. His family, with whom he had planned to spend the rest of his life, had suddenly abandoned him.
The dog waited and didn’t give up hope, but it was all for naught. The roaming dog used to be fed by the neighbors. Hope for Paws transported the dog to an animal shelter to be cared for after a few months.
The crew had a difficult time persuading the dog to accompany them. Only that time, when the dog saw they were only trying to help him, did he accompany them.
The dog is now content in his foster home. He is well-cared for and adored. He is well nourished. Pumba is content in his current location because he feels safe.
