On a rainy and dark day last week, Mayane Rodrigues observed something delightful outside the window of her condo in Brazil.
From a distance on the road below, Rodrigues spotted a younger female stopping on the wet sidewalk while heading home from school. She’d put down her umbrella, taken off her backpack, and then taken off her jacket.
Rodrigues knew it was all for her when he observed a soaked stray domestic dog at the girl’s feet.
Rodrigues stayed there watching as the woman walked away with the puppy clutched in her arms. She used to think of her as an angel.
“It all happened in such a flash.” “It used to be quite emotional,” Rodrigues told The Dodo. “I forwarded the video to a friend, who shared it with a local organization, and I was able to identify the angel.”
Her name is Cibely Stiegelmair. She is a twelve-year-old girl. That day, she saved a life.
“I was astonished when she arrived with the domestic dog since she was really wet and moist from the rain,” Cibely’s mother, Rejane Stiegelmair, told The Dodo. “Her bIood-stained clothing used to be. I assumed she was hurt, but she told me the dog was hurt.”
Fortunately, only minor injuries were sustained by the household dog. Nothing used to be able to be cured with a little love and care.
After giving it some thought, Cibley realized she would have to care for the dog on her own.
“Cibely’s heart beats with amazing precision. “She has a sweet spot in her heart for stray dogs,” Rejane said. “If she had to, she’d transport them all home.”
Cibely named the puppy Pretinha, and he was joyfully welcomed into the family’s house.
Nobody knows how Pretinha got up stranded on the pavement that day, but one thing is certain: her future has never looked brighter thanks to Cibely.
Cibely’s mother commented, “As parents, we have always been proud of Cibely.” “However, we’ve improved even more!”
