On a perfectly average day, Paul Skinner was cycling along the road when he came upon a distraught mama spaniel. Her eyes were scarred, and she appeared to have been mistreated brutally.
When he went to look for the dog, he discovered that his mother had the puppy in a waste paper bag, which was dreadful. This past weekend in Midville, Lincolnshire, a three-year-old dog named Carly was holding a plastic bag containing the remains of her pups.
According to the British Borough Council, he witnessed the incident while riding his bike with the Musketeer. They began searching for the owner, but all they found was a dog licking her deceased puppy’s fish and chip tote bag. He couldn’t imagine someone so devoid of humanity could commit such a horrific act.
He also called the cops, the RSCPA, and the Greyhound Sanctuary, who all responded to help the grieving mother.
