Nobody seems to care. We stumbled discovered a dog in a box on the side of the road. The tiny dog is lovely and has the appearance of an angel.
We don’t understand how someone could leave a dog in such a little box with no air and a brick on top.
If you are unable to care for a family pet, avoid getting one or, at the absolute least, surrender it to a veterinarian.
