Without taking a breath, the rescuer placed his hand on his head and then said, “Not Yet.”

After being hit by a car, a dog lay motionless on the road.

His body was ripped apart, and he screamed in agony. When a decent individual from a local rescue organization arrived to help him, he was on the edge of death.

When he asked for assistance, the courteous person extended his hand. As soon as he felt his touch, the dog calmed down. He realized he was safe now.

When he returned to the rescuer’s house, he required extensive medical attention. He suffered a stroke that caused his body to seize. His shakes appeared to be demanding, but he is not in pain thanks to pain medication. Nobody was going to stand by and watch him suffer…

He gains strength and is able to move about independently despite his disfigured appearance. He exhibits his strong appetite to his rescuers (and you!). A dog who is in a lot of pain will refuse to eat. This is a fantastic sign!\

After that, he’ll go through physical therapy. He has to build strength, which he can do with the correct workouts. In just a few weeks, he’s improved dramatically! Keep an eye on him as he feeds from his bowl. He’s ecstatic! And, yes, he likes to eat!

His rescuers determined that he need a wheelchair. He’s itching to get moving, and his new wheels will assist him! He’s in his wheelchair and can move around freely right away. It’s fantastic! And, indeed, that delicious food is motivating him once more!

His new human friends are overjoyed at what he’s accomplished. Medically, he still has a long way to go, but he’s resilient and has a great staff behind him. He’ll be well enough to be adopted soon. Isn’t that amazing?
