Paul Skinner was riding his motorcycle down the road on an ordinary day when he came across a distraught mother spaniel. She had tears in her eyes and appeared to be in serious distress.
He went to the dog, only to discover the horrible truth: the mom was carrying dead pups in a garbage bag. A 3-year-old dog named Carly was brought a trash bag containing the remains of her pups in Midville, Lincolnshire.
He watched the incident while riding his bike with his companions, he told the British Borough Council. They searched the area for the owner, but all they found was a dog licking the carrying bag containing her deceased newborn puppies.
He may not believe that someone so devoid of humanity could do such a horrific murder.
He then notified the police, the RSCPA, and the Greyhound Sanctuary, all of whom arrived to assist the distraught mother.
