We heard of a fearful puppy who appeared recently in the basement of an abandoned house.
Volunteers attempted to rescue this dog previously, but she refused to let them approach her.
They were even bitten. We drove right to the address that was given to us.
We found her a few minutes later. She is terrified and desperately attempting to flee. She even refuses to eat since her dread outweighs her hunger…
She is about 4 months old and is a female. What may have happened in her life to make her so fearful of people?
