With his wonderfully innovative technique of ‘fixing’ the family’s dog beloved stuffed bear, this father became viral on social media. The tiny puppy had left his toy outside overnight, and the snow made it appear unrecoverable, but the father came up with an awesome solution.
Lucky, a lovely Bichon, befriended a tiny plush bear, and the two became inseparable, just like many of our babies! Lucky’s mother, Michaella Wallace, told The Dodo, “It has no stuffing left in it and it goes everywhere with him.” “He always plays with it and protects it as if it were his own child!”
So you can imagine how tragic it would have been if Lucky had lost his fluffy friend. Nonetheless, he was on the verge of losing it forever. Fortunately, Michaella’s father, Terry, did what fathers do best: he put things right.
Michaella found she had some new messages on the family’s group while she was away at college. Lucky had gone for a walk the day before, and as usual, he had brought his plush toy with him. He raced back inside as a snowstorm loomed, leaving his prized toy on the front steps. Terry spotted the stiffed bear the next morning, and it didn’t look well, but his father decided to’resurrect’ him.
“My father wanted to send me a little bit for a pick-me-up with the first week of classes starting,” the young woman told PA Media.
Terry was able to restore the teddy bear’s appearance using soap and a hair dryer. But, because he also wanted to make the whole thing into a drama and make his family laugh, he built up a’recovery room,’ and he kept posting images of the rescue on the family’s Facebook page. The end effect is hilarious!
The father wrote, “He might have passed!” But, as it turned out, hope was not completely lost.
Terry wrote, “I noticed a tiny pulse.” “I’m performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.”
Fortunately, Terry was successful in rescuing the stuffed animal, which had fully recovered!
Michaella Terry, speaking for PA Media, explained. “My father has spent his entire life trying to make my mother and myself laugh,” she remarked. “He has always gone above and beyond to make us feel connected. Due to his job schedule, his time with us has always been restricted, therefore he has always tried to make the most of it.”
